FALL REVUE REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

7th & 8th Grade Chorus students are involved in the Fall Revue. Below is a rehearsal schedule sent out by Mr. Ferguson. Please be aware that if students are NOT involved in anything beyond the large group #'s, they do NOT need to be at the Monday rehearsal. ALL OTHER REHEARSALS ARE REQUIRED! The Tuesday rehearsal will be short with the students performing early and being allowed to go home after their spot rehearsal.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 12

10:00 - 5:00, Optional Work Call in Theatre

Our set will be fairly simple for this show, but Mr. Gillmore will need some help from cast members and, as always, parents are welcome!  If you can attend the work call, please shoot Mr. G an e-mail to let him know to expect you.  sgillmore@heritagehall.com

MONDAY, OCTOBER 14

1:00 - 2:00, Principal Cast Blocking Rehearsal

All soloists and small ensembles will gather in the theatre to go over show order, blocking, and technical details.  Again, this is only for principal cast.  No-showing this rehearsal may exclude your act from the program.

2:00 - 6:00, Upper School Chorus Rehearsal

This rehearsal will be broken up into smaller sections and the entire chorus may not be needed for the full time.  We will advise prior to this rehearsal.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15

6:00 - 9:30, FULL COMPANY Technical Rehearsal, by appointment

This rehearsal will run the entire show, but out of order.  There will be a company meeting in the theatre at 6:00 at which you will be provided a running order.  Acts will younger performers and acts that involve many will be prioritized.  Once you have rehearsed all of your acts on stage, you are free to leave.  Please DO NOT BE LATE as important information will be relayed to the cast at the 6:00 meeting.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16

There is no formal rehearsal on Wednesday, but the stage will be available after school, by appointment.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17

6:00 - 9:30, FULL COMPANY Dress Rehearsal

You are to arrive promptly at 6:00 and sit in the house of the theatre for a company meeting.  Please, do not be late.  We will run the "Finale Sequence" first, and then run the show from the top.  Photographs will be taken, so please wear full dress, hair, and make-up.  Again, after all of your acts have rehearsed on stage, you are free to leave.
